Old Hall Associates Limited is a new organisation, but one which is based
on proven experience. Founded in July 2005, we are able to draw on professional
expertise which covers local authority adult and community learning, further education colleges, voluntary sector management,
higher education work with adults, regional administration and national development work.
Each member of the OHA team has extensive leadership experience, and a
background in managing adult learning organisations.

The Associate Team
Old Hall
Associates is able to deliver its wide range of services through drawing on the skills of a highly experienced team of Associates
all of whom are selected for their up-to-date specialist experience and proven high quality of performance in consultancy
roles. We expect our Associates to have successful experience in inspection,
in development work, in organisational change and/or in staff development and training.
We work closely with our Associate Team and all assignments are project-managed and supervised by the Directors, who
also personally work on assignments as agreed with our clients. All clients are
offered maximum input into the selection of personnel on their assignment. We seek to ensure a "best fit" between client needs
and the Associate specialism. Most of our Associates are invited to work for us
on the basis of their track record, and where we undertake Associate recruitment we carry out rigorous selection procedures. We maintain ongoing communication with all Associates who are quality-assured and
who participate in our regular networking and training events.
OHA Support Team
Old Hall Associates is run through a small national
office based in the Cotswolds. Our current staffing structure comprises an Information Analyst, an IT Support Consultant
and an Administrator.
